Policy on Taxation
The foreign-invested productive enterprises scheduled to operate for a period of 10 years or more shall enjoy the preferential policy of exemption from income tax for two years and 50% reduction for three years as from the profit-making year.
Foreign investors who reinvest their profit earned from their enterprises in the same enterprise to increase registered capital, and as capital investment in other foreign-invested enterprises for a scheduled operation period of no less than 5 years shall, upon application of investors and approval of tax authority, be refunded with 40% of the income tax paid on the reinvested amount. |
